Another great oncology appointment today. PSA down from 4 to 2.8. This means that we just review again in three months.
It also means that I can cut one hormone therapy treatment and associated steroids in half, and the bone strengthening injections will be every three months, not every four weeks.
Scanxiety was OK this time. However I was distracted. Before the onco appointment I nearly put the bread for toast in the fridge, instead of under the griller. And after the appointment I went to get changed to do some gardening, and put my pyjamas on instead of the gardening gear. Nothing to see here!
I am feeling pretty good. Good health and happiness to all. Cheers, Phil

Great news Phil.
Thank you!
For what it’s worth I, too, make similar mistakes. Celebrating your progress!
Thanks so much Frank
Wonderful news, Phil! Keep it going.
By the way, World Naked Gardening Day is Saturday, 4 May so you can leave your pyjamas behind. Just sayin’… 😂🤣😂 (And, NO, you won’t find me participating!)
All the best.
Hi Dan, I am worried that you know this! Thanks for your support
